Zdeněk Čáp acts as the managing partner. Before founding Equity Solutions, he worked in the financial group of Česká konsolidační agentura (ČKA), the former Konsolidační banka Praha: first as the executive in charge of the subsidiary Konpo, s.r.o., which managed CZK 60 billion of assets from Komerční banka a.s.; and later as the general manager and chairman of the board of the parent company, ČKA. Before joining ČKA, he worked for eight years at various positions at Komerční banka (KB), starting in planning and marketing, then participating in the Transformation KB project, moving to deputy head of the corporate finance department, branch manager, and then deputy regional manager. Zdeněk Čáp studied at the Jan.Evangelista Purkyně University, the University of Economics, Prague, and the Sheffield – Hallam University/Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague.
Bogdan Kaszper, a partner in Equity Solutions, focuses on mergers, portfolio divestment, and distressed assets. Before founding Equity Solutions, he worked at Česká konsolidační agentura (ČKA), leading the project to end the financial group's activities. Before joining ČKA, he worked as the head of the segments and products division at eBanka a. s. and at various posts managing distressed assets and in marketing at Komerční banka a. s. Bogdan Kaszper studied at VŠB – Technical University Ostrava and the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York.
Jiří Zajíc acts as the Equity Solutions partner for mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Equity Solutions, he worked at Erste Bank for eight years as the deputy head and later director responsible for managing and coordinating investment banking and financial consulting products in Central and Eastern Europe, especially in Prague and Bucharest. Prior to that, he worked in the corporate finance department of Komerční banka and as an analyst in the corporate finance department of Expandia Finance. He has a wealth of experience in investment banking dealing with sectors such as telecommunications, construction, banking, and real estate in Central and Eastern Europe. Jiří Zajíc studied finance and banking at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics, Prague.
